At House of Hope, we recognize the young women we serve are  looking for support and encouragement during this tough time in their lives. We assist these families in making a better life for themselves and their children by restoring hope and building lasting relationships through mentoring and guidance.

Who We Serve
We serve pregnant or parenting homeless women between the ages of 18 and 24, and their children.

How to Get Referred
Call 920-884-6740 - both agencies and clients
may call directly.
 
Accommodations

Each family receives:  

  • A private, furnished bedroom
  • Storage space for food and necessities
  • A welcome basket of hygiene products and other living needs
  • Shared use of kitchen, bathroom, living rooms and play yard
  • Shared use of phone (for local calls) with an answering machine
  • A postal address to receive mail 
Our Program

The House of Hope's Program supports residents by focusing on:

  • Basic living skills
  • Parenting education
  • Complete high school or equivalent
  • Securing employment 

We also provide access to mainstream resources such as:

  • Medical assistance
  • FoodShare / WIC
  • Child Care Assistance 

House of Hope partners with community organizations to provide specialized programming, such as: 

  • Budget counseling/debt management
  • Nutrition education
  • General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Renter's rights and responsibilities
  • Employment readiness
  • Parenting education
  • Mental health services
  • Domestic violence awareness education
