Welcome to the House
House of Hope is a shelter for homeless pregnant and parenting women between the ages of 18 and 24, and their children. Since we opened our doors in 2000, our mission has been to provide a safe, supportive place where young mothers learn to become competent adults and independent, successful parents.
House of Hope is currently operating at full capacity, with a waiting list of 27 young mothers who need your help. We expect this list to grow during the cold winter months, when homeless women and children are at a dangerous disadvantage. Last year, House of Hope sheltered 58 children and 47 young women, 22 of whom were pregnant. House of Hope also provided supportive services for women on the waiting list for shelter and many of our past residents.
