HOPE CENTER

House of Hope Green Bay's Hope Center program is aimed at ending youth homelessness in our area. Hope Center staff provide a safe, voluntary shelter for minors and parenting youth with their children. Programs empower youth experiencing homelessness to grow, thrive, develop supportive connections, build skills, gain stability, and continue their education.

Every child deserves to know what it feels like to have a home. Utilizing a holistic two-generation approach, the Hope Center will break the cycle of poverty and homelessness.

In collaboration with New Community Clinic, Foundations Health and Wholeness, Family Services of NEW, the Wisconsin Association for Homeless and Runaway Services, and the Boys and Girls Club of the Fox Valley, among others, youth in crisis will have access to a cohesive community system and continuum of services that will provide upstream homelessness prevention services to break the cycle of homelessness.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Runaway and homeless youth ages 0-17 who identify as female and their children of any age and gender. We will need to obtain permission from a parent/guardian/legal custodian.

    • All youth experiencing homelessness can be referred to Hope Center for help with homeless resolution. We will connect them with Open Door Youth Services and appropriate resources.
