House of Hope is a No Wrong Door Agency.
No matter who you are, whether you qualify for our services or not,
we can help connect you to available resources in our community!
HOW IT WORKS AND WHAT TO EXPECT
Are you staying outside, in a shelter, in your car or fleeing domestic violence?
Contact one of the participating agencies listed, in person or on the phone, to complete an assessment.
After the assessment is completed, you will be placed on a Prioritization List. This is NOT a waiting list!
When an agency has an opening in a program, they will contact the person most in need. If you are contacted, you will be asked about your housing status and then you may be asked to meet with someone at that agency.
It is very important to let the agency know if your information changes. If we can’t contact you, we can’t help you!

COORDINATED ENTRY
Coordinated Entry is a way people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness may find housing and get connected to resources in their community.

*A case manager will follow up with you to verify your status, but there is no guarantee if/when you will be offered services.
