CENTRO DE ESPERANZA

El programa Hope Center de House of Hope Green Bay tiene como objetivo acabar con la falta de vivienda de los jóvenes en nuestra área. El personal de Hope Center proporciona un refugio seguro y voluntario para menores y jóvenes que son padres con sus hijos. Los programas empoderan a los jóvenes sin hogar para crecer, prosperar, desarrollar conexiones de apoyo, desarrollar habilidades, ganar estabilidad y continuar su educación.

Todos los niños merecen saber qué se siente al tener un hogar. Utilizando un enfoque holístico de dos generaciones, Hope Center romperá el ciclo de pobreza y falta de vivienda.

En colaboración con New Community Clinic, Foundations Health and Wholeness, Family Services of NEW, la Asociación de Wisconsin para Servicios para Personas sin Hogar y Fugitivos, y el Boys and Girls Club de Fox Valley, entre otros, los jóvenes en crisis tendrán acceso a una comunidad cohesionada. un sistema y una serie de servicios que proporcionarán servicios de prevención de la falta de vivienda para romper el ciclo de la falta de vivienda.
